Ok I had one of my pairs of angels lay eggs on Sunday, this is the first time for them that I moved the eggs into a 10 gallon tank and added methylene blue. All the eggs turned white. Now I have done this method before with my first two angels. The eggs hatched great, so what happened this time? They were not fertilized???

If you said that it was the angels first time spawning they may need more practice it was just a beggining standpoint. It will be better the next time.

They bred 10 times before I was wanting them to take care of the eggs themselves but they never did so I decided to hatch them myself.

Oh, I got you. It may just have been a bad batch or maybe you have a sterile male. Wait for the the next batch. Maybe you over did the methalyne blue? Were the water parms the same in each tank? Alot of factors here.

I used the same dosage as outlined in the directions as I did before which I got successful results in the past. I have to do a test on the water though. I'm thinking it might be a bad batch or a sterile male I a going to try them again and see what happens.

Just a wait and see. Did you have good filtration on the eggs. Water flow?

Yep I had a air-stone bubbling beneath the slate.
