oscar tank mates ?

hey everyone i just brought a new five foot 114 us gallon tank with a ehim one thousand litre external canister filter and i want to get a little baby oscar what would u put in with him i just wanna nice looking tank :)

Silver dollars are cool and dont put too much strain on the tank. Mine ignores my dollars.

I have a common pleco which fights with my oscar all the time, its lame. I have an ebjd as well which has worked pretty well, but I seem to have lucked out with my jd and oscar.

ive had success with a male jaguar cichlid and a female JD

Those would work,it just depends on the oscar's personality.some if not most tend to be wimps when pitted up against aggressive cichlids.
