I've heard just about any kind of fruit or veggie will be taken once they settle in. I would play it by ear for now, feed based on the normal fish rule, whatever she can eat in 2-5 min...try different things. stick with mostly plants though, they are mostly herbivores. Beans, peas, leafy greens, banana, tomato, potatoes, etc. They are known to develop tastes though, so play around and see what she likes.
I demand pictures! Please?

Most GGs I've seen rather enjoyed tomatos.
Just give her some time to settle, then you can work on finding her favorite foods and figuring out how much she can eat.
I'd recommend letting her eat 2 minutes max, depending on her speed once she's comfortable.
Edit: Just notice this is a bit late.
Any updates about her habits yet?
