Ok So latley there has been alot of algee growth on my holey rock. There is two types. One is kindog a brownish green i can scrub this of with a brush. The other is a brighter green and does not seem to come off with scrubing. Anything i can do about this?

I think what you might be looking at are Diatoms (brown and easy to rub off) and a common pest algae (not so easy).
The only real option for the algae is finding something that will eat it. Shrimp are the popular favorite, check at the fishstore for what they have. Also snails are an option, but make sure that they are a variety that won't eat your plants.
