new to cichlids..HEEEEEEELLPPPP

so i have a 40 gall tall tank..and i am looking into making that a cichlid tank
i have a aqua clear 70 filter and i do about 15-20% w/c weekly
i am NOT looking to breed or upgrade to a bigger tank..
any suggestions? and is there any bottom feeder i can put with cichlids?

Rams! :) or do what I have, and get a few Peacock cichlids with a small growing Pleco :)

Or some other Dwarf cichlid :)
