New fish Compatibility

I have had my 30 Gallon for almost a year.
I have a few species and want to add 1 or 2 more.
I have Congo tetras (3), Diamond tetras (2), Scissortail rasbora, Neon tetras,
Platy, Guppy, Gold barbs (2), Hatchetfish (2).
What are some that are compatible, Please nothing over 3 inches.
I would also like some plants for medium to bright light.

Why don't you make larger schools of what you already have.Once you do that your tank will be well stocked.

You've already mixed fish that like high and low ph levels, so I don't know what to suggest.

What about plants for a moderately to brightly lit tank?

Will my male congo i have get aggressive if i add congos instead?

I have had some bad experiences with plants by far the one I have had the most success is anarcharis.
