I would get some more tiger barbs (You cold get some albino and green tigers for variety, they all school together). Maybe some type of tetra? (Bleeding heart, silver tip, or serpae tetras might do ok.) Platys or mollys would do very well with the fish you have and would probably be my #1 suggestion. You will have to be careful with the barbs you have though, they may harm the gourami. Some tetras may harm your gouramis fins also.
Good luck!

I would re-think the amazon swords and the UGF. Rooted live plants do very poorly with a UGF. I would either return them or pot them up into a terra cotta pot or a specialized planter for aquariums. Anubias, ferns, floating plants and moss will do well with a UGF as they dont rely on their roots for most of their nutrient uptake. I would probably ditch the fake plants in favor of some tall anubias species. Maybe add some more wood or rocks to the scape and add a few more live plants. A solid black background would go a long way as well.
As for the fish:
4 tiger barbs increase to atleast 6 members
3 rosy barbs debateable in a tank this size as they grow large and are active, i would probably return them and opt for cherry barbs instead
2 oto catsfeel free to add a couple more if you wish, just make sure theyre fed
3 emerald cory catsincrease to 6 members
1 angelicus botia increase to 3-4 minimum
