Koi and blues?

I don't know if I should post this here, or in the catfish forum.

Anyway, my question is this: is it suitable to put blue channel catfish and koi togheter in a pond (provided they are all about the same size)?

haven't tried it but it might work. how big is the pond?

It's about 3 x 5 m.

IN THE LAKE I LIVE AT WE HAVE CHANNEL cats they should be ok for about 2 years after that your koi population will probably decline these fish can grow 3 pounds in one year without eating much at all and can reach over 35 pounds.
