Hi
i know there is a thread already but i want to grow some algea in my tank which already has fish in.
i have got 2 Bristlenose plecs and would like some in there for them. i do have algea wafers and a bit of algea already but not a lot to be fair.
sounds daft as everyone else wants to get rid of it.

Thanks in advance

It will grow naturally. reducing your snail population will help.

I was advised to setup a small lamp and leave it on 24/7. That worked really well for my tank. I too really wanted some algae in my tanks..lol

Is the "normal one" designed to grow plants?
