can any one tell me where i can get a down pipe and spray bar for my tetratec ex700 external filter.....

Get a hold of tetra directly, they have a great customer service line, and they will usually ship out within the week. I had to order a few things for an ultraviolet light that I have, and the parts where here the same week the order was replaced.
