hi can any one give me and my 12 year old tom some advice and pictures please we have just been given 4 baby gold fish borne on 6/6/07 they dont arf look funny are they suppose to be really titchy see through with 2 black eyes they dont really look like gold fish should we have the filter on in the new tank we bought we think they may get sucked up or something please help i would hate to think we have something else in our new tank other than baby gold fish:laugh1blue: :c4:

buy a small net with little holes and put it into the filter so the fish dont get sucked up. Make sure you cycle your tank before putting them in it. Get an amonia, nitrite,nitrate, and ph test to check your water. You can always download the free Ebook at the left hand menu. For more advice you can wait for other people to respond or ask someone at a local fish shop to help you buy the things needed.

It will take awhile until the baby goldfish look like adult goldfish. Good look.

Make sure you give them powdered food to match.
