Posted in the disease section and didn't get much, so I thought I'd ask here in case this was a livebearer specific problem.

Any idea what's wrong with the platy below? He's acting totally fine and happy in every way, but obviously something is very wrong.

A few days after I took this pic, one other blue platy in the tank inexplicably died after being lethargic for a day or two. Not sure if that's related.

Now there are 3 platys left total. The remaining blue platy is totally fine, and the other red platy is totally fine with the exception of a single raised white bump on it. (Looks like it could be whatever this one has, but not nearly as advanced.)

All other tank mates are happy and clean (two pearl gouramis, 12 cardinal tetras, 8 diamond tetras, and 2 plecos) and water specs are textbook perfect.

None of the disease pics I've found online seem to match up well with this, so I'm at a loss. Thanks for your help!

Looks like some kind of bacterial infrection to me. I suggest putting the fish in quarantine and treating with a mild anti-bacterial. Salt of melafix should help.

Hope it clears up.
