Disease?

My flame tetras lack color, even Long after I turn on the light. I am pretty sure that they are sick, but what can I do about either curing the disease or preventing it from spreading to the tankmates?
Other fish:
5 black neons, 5 neon tetras, kuhli loach, blue gourami, 2 Australian rainbowfish, 2 clown plecos, 1 afrcan dwarf frog

whats the tank size, water parameters, are they new additions, pics would help too.
could be a few different diseases but it could also be stress so knowing the above would definitely help

It sounds like stress to me. Pics would help as KatzeSlaugen says. It could be that you may need to change their diet too. Sometimes giving them color enhancing food helps to bring out the colors.

It's a 30 gallon tank, I've had them for awhile (4 months about), And none of my other fish are showing signs of lost color. Sorry that I can't get pictures (my computer is broken).

what are your water parameters? like temp, ammonia, nitrates, nitrites, and whats your water change schedule.
