Howdy. I live in west/central Florida, and just started an aquarium last Sunday. This is my first adventure into this area. I have a 65 gallon tank and currently have six (6) Giant Danios and two (2) Rosy Barbs. On the advice of my pet store associate, I plan to wait until around Dec 15th to add a Bushy Nose Pleco. Although my fish are small right now... maybe 1.5 to 2" long, I expect them to grow to 5" length each.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the AC! Because you cycle the tank with fish, don't forget to test your water and do waterchanges.

Hurray for a fellow Giant Danio keeper! And please, like Gisela mentioned, test frequently and water change often since you are cycling with fish. The Free eBook on the left can be very helpful.
