So how big and what kind of gold fish does everyone have. I have 5 feeder gold fish I got from LPS and the oldest one is now 10" long body(12 with tail) The 2nd oldest is about 8-9" long body with a good 21/2 too 3" tail :ssuprised:. The other 3 where all put in and bought at the same time they are just about 5" with tails. Never thought the 1/2 inch lil feeder gold fish from the LPS would get as big as Bubba(oldest fish who lived up to his name)

So lets hear it everyone.

Goldfish are a cool fish to keep for sure.I have some wild strains in my pond that are around 8-10" cant really get pics but they are truly gold colored unlike the orange we call goldys now.

I have a five-inch shubunkin (including tail), a 4-inch orange and white comet, a 3-inch orange and white comet, and a tiny speckled (black and orange) comet, only about two inches. The shubunkin is calico, with one side being patterned differently than the other. I have pic of him posted in the "judge my photo" sub-forum of the photo forum here.
