Hi All

I pulled all of my plants and ornaments out yesterday to give them a bit of a clean. Those artificial plants seem to catch every bit of debri floating around the tank so they were pretty gross. Decided to move things around a bit in the hopes of reducing a bit of agression I've got going with my two smaller pleco's.

Before Pic:

After Pic:

The tank is in my entrance way so it's hard to get a pic without the light coming through the front door reflecting on the tank.

And one of my big pleco:

And one of the smaller plecos:

Thanks for looking!

Both tanks look nice. I actually prefer the before. I like grouping of plants vs. having them spaced out.

The BNs are beautiful! Wish I could get a good pic of mine like you did!

Gorgeous tanks! I like the second one best. Tell those two Plecos to behave themselves and quit fighting. Mermaid said so!

How'd you rearrange the decorations and plants to make the tank bigger? :P

Sark - LOL, I just checked the picture, I have no idea why the top one is cut off. It's the same 4ft tank, the picture I uploaded was a full shot, not sure what's happened. Will see what I can do.

Thanks everyone!!

Edited to add:

Here is the proper "Old" pic...must've uploaded the wrong one.

They're both quite wonderful -- very colorful. -- Mermaid

I think I like the "before" arrangement better. Just IMO!

Yeah, I like the before better as well, but I needed to create some more hidding spaces and this new set up creates quite a few.

Thanks for the comments!

Beautiful tank. I think it's just the lighting in the frist photo, but the backgroud looks very nice. It's coming through as tan on my monitor.

Never thought about using "earthtones" for background colors, but this has certainly given me something to consider.

I like the way the big piece of driftwood is more prominent in the first pic. Provides a nice focal point.
