Mr. Anemone isn't doing well. Came home today and he looked like this...http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j89/bill719/2010-10-22134818.jpg

Any ideas?

I don't think anything is wrong with Mr Anemone. BTA's regularly deflate to expell waste and change out their water. If he's like that for more than a day then you may have troubles.

Now he's completely deflated, fell on his side, and looks like a pile of junk. Am i safe to assume he's a goner? I don't want him to release toxins into my tank and kill everything.

What kind of lighting do you have?
Also, water test readings would further help us diagnose accurately.

I still wouldn't freak as long as he is still attached to the rock.

I once tried to scrape my "dead" anemone off a rock with a scraper. It wouldn't let go so I decided to let it die in peace. Turns out I still have that same anemone.

When you say "stock slighting" what kind of lighting is it? Is it PC or T5? From your picture, it looks a little bleached, is that how it really looks or is that just the coloring of the picture?

That nem looks completely bleached to me.

What kind of lighting and what kind of feeding schedule?
