by using a powerhead filter along with cannister filter will this generate enough oxygen without having to add additional air stones etc?i removed air line from powerhead as the concentration of bubbles were to much.i have no live plants in and its 190 litre tank.

you dont need any special airtubing unless its a badly overstocked tank. filters alone oxygenate enough for most tanks

That should provide enough surface agitation that you should be fine. If you notice all of your fish swimming around skimming the surface then I would add an airstone, but I think you should be okay.
