Nope to the tenth degree.
Tiger bars are semi-aggressive and tropical.
Goldfish are community, and cold water.

One likes temps in the upper 70's the other likes temps in the mid 60's. The barbs probably wouldn't get along with the slowish moving goldfish.

Goldfish are messy, and it is recommended that you have at least 20 gallons of tank size PER fancy goldfish...feeder/comet goldfish require much much more as adults...they will reach over a foot in length.

I've kept goldfish with tropicals with no problem. However, barbs won't work out since they are semi-aggressive they will nip the goldfishes' fins.

fancy goldfish that thrive at 75F can be kept with peaceful tropicals.
