Well its not on right now since we are between season but I'll still say entourage. If it should be aired right now I say Family Guy.

FAMILY GUY!!! for the humour of course, but for the action and twists id say Lost

And my favourite shows are Jeff Corwin Experience, Austin Stevens Most Dangerous, Wildboyz and Atenbrough Presents (all Documentries showing Tropical Fish Speies Frequently)

Yeah those shows are good. Just don't get any of theme at the moment. :-(

Action shows. A bit corny I admit but I kind a like Stargate.
