It is a tye of chicken found in parts of India. It's tasy and easy to make.

04-24-2006, 12:39 AM
Nah, but you might be able to find a ready spice mix in your super market. Its not as good as the indian mixes but still good.

You can't make tandori chicken with out a tandor oven no matter what the recipe says. A tandor oven is kinda like a giant clay pot oven. You rub curry on it(usually yellow curry although I have seen orange) and skewer the chicken on a long pole. Put it in a pot and turn slow. It is usaully more aromatic and less spicy curry. Good but by far not the best food ever.

I would have to say the best meal ever is a Florentine Steak for 2..."Bistecca Fiorentina". About a kilo porterhouse steak (2 inch thick) slow grilled to rare with really, really good olive oil. NOTHING BETTER!!!

And if anyone says with A1(brown sauce for you brits) I'll fly to your town and shoot you.

I tried to avoid becoming to precise like that and your right "Bistecca Fiorentina" is very good.

I can also agree that a tandori never becomes as good as the real tandori in india made in a tandori oven but you can stil make tasty supplements over oen fire when you can't get the real deal. Allthough granted it's not the same.

I have never been to India so you know more than me. I have had tandori chicken many times although the best I have eaten was in London.

Some how I doubt that. I might have been there but I doubt there is any area surrounding food that i know more about except maybe for Russian fast food ;-)

04-24-2006, 08:38 PM
Hey what they eat in russia for fast food mc donalds?

04-25-2006, 01:08 AM
Yes. Mc D in russia is very good. Other junk food include bacled potatis, volkanovoli ( a spicy meat "sausage" in a bread, lepjoska (a kind of priog (etc)

Please observe that I have no idea how these things are supposed to be spelled using the latin alphabet.

lol do they wash it down with vodka?

04-26-2006, 01:24 AM
They do drink a lot of it. And it is cheap. The cheapest brands of vodka costs 1$ per litre which means 3.8$ per gallon.
