Never heard of that before. Is it a stem plant? Wenditti is a species of crypts.

Just clip off at least 4-5 inches from the top (don't clip if this will leave the bottom stem with fewer than 4-5 leaves) and remove the bottom 2-3 leaves from the top clipping, and replant.
