Hey everybody,
So here we go, Biotope tank, Blind cave tetras. That means cave and reasonably sized tank as they are active and up to 12 cm in length. They're egg scatterers and do best in the dark. Not that the light bothers them but if i ever want to rear fry it sounds like the lighter their environment the more developed there eyes are in adulthood so I don't have to worry about proper lighting but rather proper dark-ing (forgive me). Now heres what I'm looking for help with. Does any one know an effective way to darken there tank but have it available for easy viewing? Any idea on what other fish live in the same cave systems, if there are any, or if a species tank would be best?
Thanks for your help
