Amano shrimps and pills

hi I have 6 amano shrimps in my tank, but the problem is when i feed them with a pill they always take the pill and go hide some where with the entiry pill , so the other fishs cant feed on it , anyone got the same problem?

What do you mean pill??
do you mean Pellet??

Not sure what you mean by pill, but I break up an algae wafer or two into 3-4 pieces. My shrimp will dive in that take the entire piece away from the fish. You can try Crab Bites (small sinking pellets) also. I find it fun to watch the shrimp take food away from something that might decide he looks like lunch one day.
