View Full Version : betta fish and angel wing begonia

Can anyone tell me if you can put an angel wing begonia in your betta tank? It is a type of cane plant that will live in water (at least while you are rooting it).

I have successfully grown an angel wing begonia in water for up to 6 months...and I am thinking because of it's thick cane it would be lovely if instead of putting it in water I put it in my beta tank. I just want to make sure it is not toxic to the betta fish.

I have searched the net and can't find anything about this plant and fish.

p.s. I did find that the angel wing begonia is known for not being toxic if eaten by people and dogs/cats.
