tank scratches

hi there, here is a problem i know nothing about. is there a way to remove scratches from a glass tank? i remember hearing something to that effect, but i'm not sure. if it is possible, can it be done on an occupied tank?:help:

It can be done with the right equipment (If at all available)and it is expensive but its easier to replace the panel or fill the tank and do not look at them.
