Can Guppies Jump?

Does anybody know if guppies can jump? Last night I had 3 guppies and today when I got home from work I only had two. There is no body anywhere and there is nothing big enough to eat him. He was happy and eating last night.
There is a small open area around the filter in the back. Could he have jumped out of there and become a cat snack? The only other option is that one of our cats figured out how to open the hood and catch fish. I suppose a third option is that I just can't find the body, they are small after all.

Yup! They jump just like a huge whale except they have a much smaller splash!Thats about the only difference.lol

Yes they can jump, you will be amazed at how fish can disappear. I would put 5 on the cat as well.

Yeah, they did look a little guilty when I got home. I'll have to find a way to lock down that lid in case they are getting in there. I don't know if I'll ever know for sure.
