Hi Everyone
I just bought a Fluval U1 for my daughters 28ltr tank and it just doesn't seem to be working properly.
Does anyone have a problem with the water current coming out of the outlet? I put my hand in front of it and can only just feel the current. I can see it sucking in any floatie stuff (I just vacumed the tank) but it worries me that it's not pushing out much water.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I've cleaned and checked the whole thing, including the impellor. I just wanted to see if this is "normal" before I take it back to exchange or refund.
