Ive got a plan of attack. Since i have so many tanks, i found someone who will buy a couple. With that money, im gonna go buy a 55g for when i go away all summer. I found some VERY nice man who runs a service for pets and for free he will take care of my fish, and he runs a rescue himself. Im gonna take as many fish as i can from my other tanks, and stick them in the 55g so the rescue guy doesnt have to do so much work. He said that he will take donations, so i can spare 100$ for him. That way, he just has the salt tank and a couple of other FW tanks to take care of, and the other empty tanks will go for sale.

Hes really nice and works at a rescue, so hes fine. It would be ironic if it was you-know-who.


Wal-mart has nice 55g kits with 2 lights, hood, filter, heater, etc. Should be good. I just want this 55g to temporarily have gravel and a few caves for when im gone then when im back i'll decor it and stock it how i like. Its definitely gonna be a community tank

Its official, i get a 55g tomorrow morning! my dad made me a bet and i won. My mom went to some party, so he bet me if i called her and i said i already got a 55g and she was mad i would have to pay for the tank, and if she was cool with it he would pay, and i won.

Ive gotten about 22.5 billion e-mails for selling a few of my old tanks.

Im actually not selling them for too cheap yet they keep saying SELL THEM! SELL THEM! someone is having a crap attack over the hex tank and dying for it.

Anywho, i get a 55g out of this, so im happy.

Rue, just for measurements, how long and wide is your 55g?

...the length is nice...but I like the 18" of the 75 standard better...
