Anyone got Christmas Moss?

I just bought some christmas moss online for bout $4. I was wondering if you have any advice, and what would be the best way to get it to grow on a rock i have? Thanks

From what I understand, treat it just like java moss. Tie it on with some fishing line and wait.

Tie it too wood or rock with some thread and let it grow. You will want to clean off the dirt and stuff that settles on it occasionally.
