Hi Everyone :) My name is Megan, i'm 21 yrs old and from North Carolina. I grew up having a fish tank, pretty much as long as I can remember. When I got married almost 4 yrs ago, I married a soldier and with the military came a lot of moving. I couldn't start my own tank, without the fear of having to leave them or how I was going to move them with me. So basically I just didnt have them. Now that I have time to care for them and no more military moves to worry about I got my starter tank. I get very intimidated when it comes to my lack of knowledge so I felt that a 5 gallon would work well for me. I have a 27 gallon that may parents gave me, but its empty in the attic waiting for me to get a little experience. My 5 gallon is a Marineland Eclipse Hex tank. I looked at reviews and i'd say about 98% loved it. I have put some fish in within the past 2 days. I have 2 Sunburst Wag Moon Platies and I have 5 Neon Tetras. I am debating on getting 2 more Sunburst but i'll save that reason for the beginners thread. Many questions needing answered lol.
