Hard to say. Oscars can show very strange behaviour in regards to spawning. It is most likely a sign that atleast one of the fish wants to spawn. Do you know if you have a pair. I am asking since oscar females spawn with eachother which of course don't result in any fry.
The only good advice I can give really is wait and se if they spawn and if the sawning in that case result in any fry. Hoping that you will.
