It looks like a molly to me, but ive never had any mollies, so this is just an educated guess.

its the molly. I doubt its a neon, theyre almost impossible to breed, and that looks exactly like my balloon molly

It is a molly. I used to have tons of those little guys. After awhile you might have to let some of them get eaten. Mollies (along with platys and guppies) tend to breed like crazy. Good luck with him/her!

i would agree its most probally a molly fry, you will have to wait till it grows and turns into.
also, neon tetra are easy to breed, most of store bought neons are bred in huge amounts on fish farms. even my own colection at home have laid eggs, but very few have hatched and managed to survive.
