Just wondering how these tanks hold up structurally over the years. I am about to buy a used one in 2 days, and am wondering if there's anything I should be concerned about. It's a 100 gallon bow front corner tank, very beautiful, custom made built into the stand. It looks quite solid and well built. The center brace is very wide and glass I believe, not those crappy thin black plastic ones. The original owner had it shipped from the US to Canada, as they don't make 100 gallon bow front tanks here, the biggest is 72 I think.

I think they last as long as a regular tank. I would look for wear and tear on that tank itself, as bowfronts are suppose to last as long as regular tank. That center brace is important.

I have a 36 gallon one that is 6 years old and going strong.

I looked at the tank, it looks great, I'll post some pics once I get it. I have had some recent bad luck with tanks lately, and if this turns out bad too, I think I'll throw in the towel!
