ADF feeding schedule

Hello all,
A while back when I was doing research on African Dwarf Frogs I found out that it is best to feed the little guys (or girls) every other day with a high quality frozen food or frog pellet. I didn't really think of it too much at the time but, now I'm wondering: should I feed them twice on their feeding day or just once?

I would say once on that day unless it's too skinny.

Agreed, once should be plenty. A varied diet is always preferable as well.
