Do fantails and koi go good together or not

they should. both are goldfish family. fantails get as big as your fist, koi one to two feet long in time.

It can also be said that Koi grow very old.

i had a koi in a my four foot fish tank which is home to my goldfish now, but, the koi got to about 10" and when we had to do a full water change he died when he jumped outta the bucket
