Was in my lfs on friday eyeing up the coral tank and found this. Was overrun with blue sponge and the polyps werent coming out at all even to feed. did spot it a couple of weeks ago but thought it was a gonner so dismissed it.

My supplier told me they werent too happy with it and leet it go for a nice price indeed. Got it home, cleaned it up and here it is after 2 days.

I would dare say that this one is a resounding success so far!!!!!

Nice pick up. We have the same one. Yours looks very healthy. We feed ours a cube of mysis or brine shrimp every other night and it stays healthy.

i feed red plankton and the feeding response is phenomenal!!! If you can get it, give it a whirl, ive got mine feeding day and night and have new growth already... Comes frozen in cubes same as brine and mysis...

That would be a sunshine coral, don't know the latin name...

Isn't that some cute coral! If I had a saltwater tank I'd have mostly corrals and anemones.
