Unknown Angel Disease

I currently have two small silver angels in a 20 gallon tank, and for the past few days I noticed a series of black specs on the side of my larger angel. They don't seem to be affecting his behavior, and his colors are normal, aside from the few specs. He doesn't ever fight with any of the other fish in the tank, and vice versa.

Any help is appreciated.
