Hey everyone,
So a friend of mine is getting out of the hobby. He's looking for new homes for his fish and has a school of 8 Glowlight Tetra which I'm interested in. They would be homed in a 10g planted tank with a Penguin 100B bio-wheel filter. Would this tank be sufficient for that number of fish or am I pushing towards being over-stocked?

That would be fine. They are great fish.

Sorry for making you have to move the thread LH.
Yeah, I'd really love to fit as many of the little guys as possible into the tank as obviously the tetras are best in schools. How many are you thinking of getting in there, Hobbs?
NG,
I will definitely post some pics later today. The tank is looking a bit haggard at the moment as the plants aren't fully grow out and my driftwood is weighted to the bottom in a rather precarious, not permanent position. A diatom bloom is also in full swing so once I get that cleaned up I'll post some pics of my fledgling tetra sanctuary thumbs2:
