Guppies in coldwater

Hi, i have heard that guppies are able to coldwater, as i have a understocked coldwater tank would guppies be happy living in water temps averaging around 21 degrees(no lower that 19)?

Fine.

They could easily tolerate 18c or lower

All except my newborn (1 week or younger) fry are in coldwater.
Never had a problem.
