This is the first time I've bought frozen white mosquito larvae (yet another misnamed critter...they're also a midge)...

...fed the crew...

...the Puffers really chowed down on them...it was funny to watch them 'stalk' the larvae as they floated around the tank...

...the goldies pigged out on them too...

...the mixed tropicals not as enthusiastic...but that was my fault...I fed them twice by accident...so they were already full...won't feed them tomorrow...

sounds cool!

I remember a few years ago i tried frozen squid with my common and clown plecos and the commons seemed to like it

My loaches had watermelon tonight. Does that count? Of course so did the dog.

...we had watermelon too! Of course it counts! thumbs2:

...wonder what else the freezer the the LFS has?...

...for the fish that is...I'll stick to the grocery store freezer for the rest of us...

There are things in the grocery store freezer that some of your fish will love also. I buy uncooked shrimp and freeze them individually for my puffers. A large shrimp is too much for even the biggest puffer so each get pieces, my green barbs go insane over the fresh shrimp!
