Cheers.

yep feed them about an hour or two after the lights are out.
shrimp pellets, cat pellets, and wafers, they are also prolific snail eaters as well.
I own 3 and have seen them twice maybe 3 times in the past 2 months lol

Invisible catfish by day, drop a small amount of food in for them sometime after the lights have been out for a while. A moonlight would be good if you want to see them eating.
Hey,
Yes I meant banjo. I must not have been to awake. Sorry.
They are amazing. Can't even find them. Must be in the tank some were.
How would they go with BNS?

No worries, neither species would be in direct competition for anything. Banjo's aren't even territorial as far as I know, and a brooding male BN wouldn't have any trouble protecting his clutch of eggs from them.
The reason I asked is I have seen a brooding male BN kill a Pleco twice its size. And many other fish. Just very wary that is all.

They'll be fine with sufficient hiding places, and the banjos will eventually learn to come out in the evenings if you start adding frozen bloodworms to their diet several times a week, so you'll see them more often. Banjo catfish are avid worm eaters; live or frozen, they'll eat them all; whatever worm that'll fit in their mouths.

Yes, I dont buy fish that have been in their tanks but thats where the ordering comes into play, befriend the aquatics dept lead and you can pretty much get ANYTHING you want.
I think its a 6# minimum but like corydoras and most all other catfish, they are schoolers and its neat to watch them scour the tank as a group. I have 3 and have 3 more on order (mine stocks them). 6+ are good numbers for them, they get 6" max id say 4" in an aquarium.
Can't wait to get more. They have really gorged themselves on blood worms.
