How many Angel fish could I have in a 75gal? Just a group of them, not looking to breed, just want to cut down on some tanks. Maybe with some congos or larger tetra.

I have kept 8. Five will do fine, unless you have a particularly belligerent one.

Hate to see all those fights, Red. Four is all I could do in my 55. (2 mated pairs)

It was not peace and love but it worked. They were together for 6 months until could sell a few of them.

You get a hater in there and it is nothing but combat.I had 4 in a 58 with one hater,6 months later and there was only one,,,,,,,,,,and it wasnt the hater.

I would make sure I would have a extra tank for a hater, but dont want to end up in the end seperating them anyways. I have around 12 large angels right now.

I would say 4-5 fully growns max. Maybe get about 8 at first then take out the agressive ones and have the 4-5 left. I have some congos with my angelfish and they do well.

LOL 8 more, no way. I have 12 large ones right now, most of them I have bred. Kois, blushing, marbles.

Ohh, I didn't notice you already had some angels. I thought this tank was empty. I definatley wouldnt get more than you have. I have 4 in my 60 gallon and that seems like it would be the limit for a 60 gallon.

LOL I dont have any in the tank, read above. I have 12 angels in different tanks mixed and matched and would like to cut down tanks and wanted to know how many I could have in my 75.

Wow I must be really tired lol! Im not sure if I 100% understand what your asking but in a 75 gallon I would not put more then 4 MAYBE 5 adult angelfish.
