Hi All,

I have 3 small Anubis on bogwood in my tank. Recently they have developed darkening of the leaves and in patches the darkening is flaking off in patches leaving spots of clean green leaf with white flaky edges to the spots!

Ammonia and Nitrite are zero Nitrate at 15 - 20ppm

Ferts used bi daily but no phosphate used.

CO2 for a 100L tank is used (better than nothing while I save up)

Tank has no algae

270L tank with 40 or so fishy residents and otherwise its fine.

Any ideas

It looks to Brown diatoms as mentioned.
They will clear up in time. Its harmless.
Some fish love to eat it.Oto's would work great.Time will too!

Thank you for that, I was getting really worried about it.

A little experience goes a long way obviously,

Thanks again

Kind regards
