Being an airplane fanatic and pilot myself, there was a thread about the airport at Tegucigalpa, Honduras recently in another forum that I am a member of. Anyway, the approach to the airport is one of the more demanding approaches around, because of the terrain, the pilots have to do a downwind leg (which means fly parallel to the runway), turn 180 degrees to line up with the runway and fly down a slope to touchdown on the rather short runway.
So I just thought I'd share a couple of videos of this amazing approach ...

... hope you enjoy it and being the aerogeek that I am, I'm hoping to visit this one day soon myself ... :hmm3grin2orange:
