New filter crapped out.

So who's problem is it? (besides mine that is)

Do I take it back to Petsmart or call Marineland about it? It's a penguin 200 and was only running for about 3 days.

If you have messed with it and it still isn't working take it back to Petsmart, they have a 14 day guarantee.

ditto. my biowheel 100 crapped out, then i returned it and got another one, then that one broke so i just gave up nad chucked it.

Just take it back to Petsmart. It will be easier and faster that way.

Yup - my husband took it back last night, and it was no trouble at all.

Now, I'll have to post some photos of my new "natural" looking tank! :)
