Peacock Bass

I know there really cichlids but thought it best to post here. I am thinking about getting a Peacock Bass and wanted to know if anyone has any personal experience with them. I have a 125 gal tank (it might be a little small for one when it gets full size) I would like know about atutude, If it tears up plants, how fast it grows and any other good info. Im just trying to decide if it is a good fish for me befor I buy one.

They are very messy and voracious eaters. They grow quickly and whatever can fit in their mouth will become lunch. As for aggression, it depends on the fish really.
