3 black mollies
3 mickey mouse platies
2 black skirt tetras
2 albino tiger barbs
1 8 in plecostomus
4 albino 3-4 in plecostomus
1 neon (other 4 missing?)
2 small catfish (silver with black spots)
1 red gourami
2 glass fish
1 rainbow
2 sunburst platies
2 other platies can not remember the name
2 other small fish yellow blue in color long fan tale i think they are tetras but not sure.
Tank is stocked but XP3 with only foam and badding is doing the trick, i do 20% water changes 1 a week and clean filter when the flow slows. i also never change filter and water in the same week so when i clean filter i leave tank alone for a week to keep my bacteria.

Since you had 4 threads, I merged a couple of them together and moved them all to the General Aquarium section. The introduction thread is just to introduce yourself and pictures and discussions go in other forums.
But, welcome to AC and nice tanks there.

Welcome to the Fabulous AC!:22:
Nice tanks!
I like the mural too!lol
I shrink my pics down to 40% using MS Paint before trying to post them. This way you use the Manage attachments function to upload pics.
Also with that much fish changing about 50% of the water weekly wouldn't hurt. 20% isn't going to eliminate the toxins that much.

How cool that your son has that bowfront tank in his room . You're developing a young aquatic hobbyist for life right there . :)

Just a quick question. Exactly what kind of pleco is that in your sons 46g? You say it's already 8in. If that's a common pleco, which I think it might be, it will outgrow that 46g. Those things can get over a foot long and produce a lot of waste.

I know he poops like a machine, i have noticed that on cucumber he only poops a little and on alge wafers he poops a ton. the plan is that when he out grows that tank he will then be large enough to be put in with the Dovii and defend him self! Although i have read mixed reviews about this working i dont mind a quick try if it does not work then damn i have to by another tank maybe over 300 gallon this time may also make my own acrylic as i have alot of experience working with plastic.
