mixing dwarfs?

I currently have 2 golden rams happily settled in my 80l along with 4 neon tetra, 6 cherry barb and 6 peppered corys. I'm moving everything over to a 180l very soon and want to expand my stock. My lfs (which is very good) has at last got in some quality blue rams, would I be safe to add a pair of blue rams into the new larger tank with the goldens? I also plan on getting another 6 neons tetras and hopefully 10 golden tetras too.

What are the dimensions of the tank? That could be tight floor space for two pairs of rams.

it's a 100cm width x 40cm depth x 50cm height

Should be fine right now, and definitely no problem at all when you upgrade. Usually, they can be kept if fairly large groups as long as the water stays very clean, and they aren't currently breeding. They do get territorial when the breed, so definitely be cautious of that.

Golden rams are a color variant of the german blue rams. Do you know if you have males/females/one of each? I don't think I would try to add two pairs of rams to the tank.

I think I have 2 female goldens but not sure I'll try and get pics so someone can tell me! All fish are currently in the old tank but I hope to move to the new mucg bigger one at the weekend (all the old media, sand, plants, wood, filter etc going into new tank so no problems with cycling), so in theory if I added 2 blue's they'd all be entering new territory, would this make a difference?

This would help with territorial disputes, as they will both establish territory for themselves. Just watch for signs of aggression, and try to space out landmarks in the tank evenly at both end.
