Bloated stomach,just floats on top of the water

This is horrible that my first post has to be like this. I have this angel(my fav) who had a bloated stomach for 2 months now. I tried medicated food, he ate it but the bloating stayed. I tried peas which he ate more off then on. It did help a little but not much. I also did Tetracycline for his finrot. It helped the rot but of course the bloating stayed.
Now he just floats on top, not even upside down anymore.:-(((
I tried to give him an epsom salt bath which he couldnt take because he couldnt keep his body down and almost died.
I had no choice but dumped epsom salt in the whole tank. Everybody pooped like hell, I didnt see him going. It has been over a week now, he didnt eat at all.
What else I can do???

The water parameters: Ammonia zero, nitrites and nitrates are fine. The water is very hard now because of the epsom salt.

He is not constipated but has swim bladder disease. He could have an infected swim bladder or a ruptured swim bladder but nothing you can do about it other than put him out of his misery.

Can the infection be from parasites? Maybe I can use the Jungle Labs tabs. That would be my last try....:-(

Sadly to say Hobbs is right. Its gotta be his swim bladder. the best thing to do would be to euthnise him :/ Sorry

I will mos def incorporate more frozen veggies in their diet to avoid problems like that in the future.
